We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to own our various brands’ presence across social channels and end-to-end, from strategy and content to community, paid amplification, and performance reporting. This person is equal parts creative and analytical: someone who can craft a scroll-stopping post in the morning, interpret a campaign's performance data in the afternoon, and use both to continuously sharpen our approach. You will be the voice of our brand in social spaces, the connective tissue between marketing, product, and sales, and the person who turns our social channels into a measurable driver of awareness, engagement, and pipeline.Key responsibilitiesStrategy and planningDevelop and own the social media strategy across all channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms), aligned to broader marketing and business goals.Build and maintain the social content calendar, balancing brand storytelling, product news, events, thought leadership, campaigns, and real-time engagement.Define channel-specific strategies, recognizing that what works on LinkedIn differs from X.Set quarterly and annual social goals with clear KPIs and translate them into an actionable roadmap.Content creation and managementWrite, edit, and publish compelling copy tailored to each platform's tone, format, and audience.Partner with design, video, and content teams to produce graphics, short-form video, and other assets; brief creatives and manage the production pipeline.Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across every channel.Repurpose long-form content (blogs, webinars, whitepapers, press releases) into platform-native social content.Community management and engagementMonitor, moderate, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand way.Grow and nurture the community, fostering authentic two-way conversation rather than one-way broadcasting.Identify and engage relevant influencers, partners, employees, and brand advocates to expand reach.Manage social listening to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity, and surface insights to the broader team.Paid social and campaigns.Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns, managing budgets, targeting, creative testing, and bidding.Collaborate with demand generation on integrated campaigns that connect social to the wider funnel.Run A/B tests on creative, copy, and audiences to continuously improve performance.Analytics and reportingTrack, analyze, and report on performance across organic and paid, tying activity to KPIs such as reach, engagement rate, follower growth, traffic, leads, and conversions.Build regular dashboards and reports for leadership, translating data into clear insights and recommendations.Use analytics to inform strategy, reallocate spend, and iterate on what works.Cross-functional collaborationWork closely across the marketing team and sales to align social with company priorities.Support product launches, events, announcements, and executive/employee thought-leadership programs with coordinated social activation.Stay current on platform changes, algorithm updates, cultural moments, and best practices, and educate the wider team.Podcast and livestream ownershipOwn the strategy, production, and social distribution of our podcast and livestream programming from concept through post-production.Plan episode calendars and formats, book and prep guests, and coordinate hosts, run-of-show, and talking points.Run live broadcasts end to end (e.g., StreamYard), managing setup, moderation, and real-time audience engagement.Repurpose episodes into platform-native clips, audiograms, quotes, and short-form video to extend reach across channels.Track performance (views, watch time, downloads, engagement) and use it to sharpen future programming.Divisional marketing ownership (Allegiant, allegiantnow.com)Own marketing end to end for one of our divisions (Allegiant), from campaign design and strategy through execution and reporting.Develop and run integrated campaigns spanning social, content, email, and paid, tailored to the division's audience and goals.Manage the divisional calendar, budget, and KPIs, and report on results and recommendations to leadership.Act as the marketing point of contact for the division, coordinating across product, sales, and creative to keep messaging aligned.This is a high-visibility ownership track designed for growth: strong performance opens a clear path to expanded scope and responsibility over time.Required qualifications.3+ years of B2B social media marketing experience, SaaS technology/brand experience preferred.Proven track record of growing engaged audiences and delivering measurable results across multiple platforms.Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong instinct for platform-appropriate voice and tone.Hands-on experience with paid social campaign management and budget ownership.Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Brand Mentions, Oktopost, native platform analytics).Strong analytical skills and comfort turning data into decisions.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.Experience running employee advocacy or executive social programs.Preferred qualifications and experienceBachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience with short-form video production and editing.Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and marketing automation/CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Instantly,).Experience with other Marketing tools and management tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Monday.com, Pictory.ai, Socxo, streamyard, Yoast, Chat.gpt, Claude).Experience in a regulated or publicly traded company environment.Key competenciesCreative storyteller with a data-driven mindset.Self-starter who can operate independently and as part of a team.Sharp attention to detail and brand consistency.Calm, sound judgment in real-time and community-facing situations.Curious and adaptable, always testing and learning.
