Company DescriptionOoloo is a premium luggage rental service launching in Summer 2026. We deliver high-quality luggage directly to customers before their trips and pick it up when they return. No buying, no storing, no hassle. We're building something new in the travel space and looking for a creative, driven social media marketer to help us launch it to the world.This is a ground-floor opportunity. You'll be one of Ooloo's first hires, shaping the brand voice and social presence from day one.Role DescriptionAs Manager of Social Media Marketing, you'll own Ooloo's social presence across all platforms. You'll build our audience before we launch, drive awareness and bookings after we go live, and help establish Ooloo as the go-to name in premium luggage rental. You'll work directly with the COO and have real creative latitude to build something people actually follow and care about.WHAT YOU'LL DOPre-Launch (Now through August):• Develop Ooloo's social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest• Build and grow our social audience ahead of launch• Create and manage a content calendar with consistent, on-brand posting• Produce or coordinate photo, video, and graphic content• Build relationships with travel influencers and content creators for launch partnerships• Develop launch campaign creative and messagingPost-Launch:• Manage day-to-day social media across all platforms• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly• Respond to community comments and DMs• Identify and execute influencer and UGC partnership opportunities• Report weekly on performance, growth, and key insights to leadershipQualifications:• 2–4 years of social media marketing experience, ideally in consumer brand, travel, or lifestyle• Proven track record growing social audiences and driving engagement• Strong content instincts — you know what performs and why• Able to shoot and edit short-form video content (iPhone-level is fine, DSLR is a plus)• Self-starter who thrives in an early-stage, fast-moving environment• Genuine passion for travel, lifestyle, or consumer brandsWhy Ooloo?• Ground-floor role at a funded startup launching nationally in August 2026• Real creative ownership — you're not executing someone else's playbook• Direct access to leadership and real impact from day one• Growth opportunity as the company scales
