Your purpose at Stanley/Stella

At Stanley/Stella, we create premium, sustainable apparel designed for decoration. Our products are used by brands, businesses, creators and organizations across Europe and beyond.
As we continue to grow, digital marketing plays an increasingly important role in how we build awareness, generate demand, and support our commercial partners. We're looking for a Social Media Specialist who combines strong paid media expertise with a commercial mindset and a curiosity for new marketing technologies.

This role will lead paid social media performance across our European markets.
You will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing and measuring campaigns that help us reach new audiences, generate quality leads and support business growth. Beyond campaign management, you'll use data, creativity and new technologies to continuously improve results and identify new opportunities.
Working closely with Communications, Sales, Product and local market teams, you'll help ensure that our digital marketing efforts deliver measurable business impact.

Your role and impact

Lead paid social media campaigns
  • Plan, execute and optimize paid social campaigns across European markets, from brand awareness to lead generation and conversion.
  • Develop audience strategies for both our professional partners (decorators, distributors, agencies and resellers) and end customers (brands, corporates and merchandise buyers).
  • Adapt global campaigns and brand guidelines to local market needs while maintaining consistency.
  • Manage campaign testing, audience segmentation and creative experimentation to improve performance over time.
Drive performance and ROI
  • Own campaign performance across social media platforms, with a strong focus on Meta Ads.
  • Monitor results, identify insights and translate data into clear recommendations and actions.
  • Continuously evaluate channel effectiveness and reallocate budgets based on performance.
  • Challenge assumptions, stop activities that don't create value, and identify new growth opportunities.
Use technology to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Leverage AI and marketing technology to improve campaign creation, targeting, personalization and reporting.
  • Stay informed about developments in digital advertising, automation and AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Evaluate emerging channels, formats and technologies and make recommendations based on business impact, not trends.
Support marketing automation and CRM
  • Contribute to the development of automated marketing programs within HubSpot.
  • Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows and audience journeys.
  • Help ensure that leads generated through campaigns are effectively managed and followed up.
Expand reach beyond paid media
  • Identify opportunities to amplify campaigns through employees, partners and customers.
  • Encourage content sharing and user-generated content across our network.
  • Build relationships with relevant industry communities, influencers and opinion leaders where appropriate.
Collaborate across the business
  • Work closely with Communications, Sales and local market teams to align priorities, budgets and goals.
  • Partner with sales teams to improve lead quality, lead follow-up and overall commercial impact.
  • Share insights and best practices across regions.

About you

  • We're looking for someone who knows how to make paid media perform.
  • You have solid hands-on experience running paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta, and can demonstrate how your work has generated leads, demand, and measurable business results. You are comfortable working with data, testing new approaches, and adjusting budgets and campaigns based on performance.
  • You understand how marketing supports commercial growth and enjoy working closely with sales and communication teams to turn campaigns into business outcomes.
  • Experience with HubSpot, marketing automation, and AI-powered marketing tools is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a plus
Nice to have
  • Experience in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple European markets.
