Apply nowWe are looking for a Sourcing Manager who wants to shape a more sustainable drink culture while keeping our supply base sharp, reliable, and future‑proof. In this role, you will take ownership of marketing and professional services categories and work closely with colleagues across the Nordics and beyond. You can be based in any Anora office and this role also requires occasional travel.What you will doYou will drive the end‑to‑end sourcing process for selected categories related to our beverage and retail business. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver high‑quality products, support sustainable growth, and keep our operations running smoothly. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution – one moment you may be analysing spend data, the next you are negotiating with a supplier.Take ownership of designated sourcing categories, from strategy and planning to execution and continuous improvementLead supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, and performance management in line with company standardsUse data and analytics to identify savings, efficiency opportunities, and supply risk mitigation actionsCollaborate closely with supply chain, production, marketing, and finance to align sourcing with business needsEnsure that sustainability, responsibility, and long‑term value are integrated into sourcing decisionsContribute to process development, digital tools adoption, and sourcing best practices across the organisationWhat we are looking forWe are looking for someone who is curious, structured, and comfortable working with many stakeholders at once. You enjoy both the human side of supplier relationships and the analytical side of numbers, dashboards, and contracts.
