The position

As an Specialist Performance Marketing & SEA (m/f/d) you will be closely working together with our Marketing and Analytics team in developing, optimising and coaching our clients on paid marketing optimisation projects. 
Our focus is to provide our customers with the necessary tools to take over the operational support of the accounts themselves and to strategically advise them as a partner and coach.
In addition to client projects, there is room for testing, developing and monitoring PPC and conversion hypotheses within our own websites and various projects. The goal is to develop into one of our Performance Marketing Specialists, supporting and challenging our entire team. 

This position is also available on a part-time basis.

Your mission

  • Together with the customer, you understand how paid marketing supports his business goals and develop the appropriate strategy for each case
  • You will use the full range of online marketing tools from Google Ads to LinkedIn to content marketing
  • You will work with our data analysts to develop reports and dashboards that enable cross-channel optimization across the entire customer process
  • You continuously challenge the status quo and conduct regular testing on new platforms
  • You role is to act as an mediator between the client and our data analysts and take responsibility for the correct and compliant setup of campaign tracking
  • You will leaed the development of PPC and remarketing strategies in a GDPR compliant manner within the team

Your profile

  • You have at least 1 year of hands-on PPC and Analytics/Tracking experience.
  • You have experience working with ad management platforms such as Google & Linkedin Ads.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
  • You optimise based on data which you collect and report together with our data analysts.
  • You have experience working with Wordpress or Hubspot.
  • You stay on top of the latest trends within digital marketing and are eager to learn and test the newest technologies.
  • You have a work permit for Germany.
