Job DescriptionAs a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager, Americas region for our Fire Global Business Enterprise here at Honeywell Building Automation, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.You’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our business by developing and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives to acquire new customers and effectively engage and grow share with our existing customers. You will work with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and customer service to ensure alignment and maximize customer value.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute annual marketing plan for FIRE business in Americas region to achieve marketing generated pipeline, revenue and growth targetsBuild a deep understanding of industry stakeholder personas, their needs and buying behaviors. Develop and execute demand generation campaigns targeting specific personas e.g, consultants, contractors and end usersLead new product launches – develop thought leadership content and assets to drive customer awareness and usage.
