You’ll own the systems, data, and analytics that turn marketing strategy into measurable revenue impact, while building a high-performing team that’s energized by solving complex operational challenges. From the marketing technology stack to lead lifecycle, attribution, and executive-ready insights, this is a role for someone who loves transforming complexity into clarity and helping leaders make better decisions, faster.In this role you will:Build, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing operations and analytics team that scales with the business.Own the strategy and direction of the marketing technology stack, including Marketo, LeanData, Salesforce, Demandbase, Power BI, GA4, and enrichment tools.Set the operational rules of the road for lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, SLAs, UTM governance, campaign taxonomy, and attribution.Direct the analytics and reporting that shape pipeline forecasting, campaign performance, and investment decisions across the funnel.Partner deeply with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT to align definitions, reporting standards, and pipeline accountability across the revenue engine.Lead structured experimentation and continuous improvement to elevate operational maturity and analytics literacy across the marketing organization.Translate data into compelling executive narratives that influence Marketing, Sales, and Finance leadership.Required QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or revenue operations, with 2+ years of people management.A track record of building, coaching, and developing high-performing operations or analytics teams.Deep working knowledge of Marketo or comparable marketing automation platforms; Marketo certification is a plus.Highly proficient with Salesforce and have built scalable lead lifecycle architecture, routing, scoring, and SLA governance.Working knowledge of Demandbase or other ABM/intent platforms and modern marketing technology stacks.Fluent in BI and visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, or Tableau) and comfortable in SQL working with complex datasets.Strong grounding in attribution modeling, funnel analytics, forecasting, and experimentation design.Defined and enforced data governance standards, including UTM conventions, campaign taxonomy, and lifecycle definitions.An excellent communicator who can influence executive stakeholders and translate analytics into clear business narratives.Thrives in ambiguity, sets functional direction, and balances hands-on team leadership with strategic execution.Willingness to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.Additional InformationPay range for this role: $130,000—$140,000 USD. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.The organization offers a comprehensive benefits package to support overall well-being and work-life balance.
