For customers, it’s a simple, seamless experience every time.In June 2025 we were delighted to announce Series A led by Discerning Capital, which will ensure our growth continues not just across Europe but also entering the US market.About the Role:Reporting into the global CMO, you’ll lead all aspects of US marketing strategy and execution, with a focus on demand generation, brand positioning, and market activation. Working closely with our sales, product and UK-based marketing teams, you’ll localise our messaging, forge industry partnerships, and make our arrival in the US gambling - and payments - spaces unmissable.Key Responsibilities:Market launch: Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for the US, including launch campaigns, event presence, and PR.Brand awareness: Drive top-of-funnel activity and brand visibility across the gambling and iGaming ecosystem in the US and, potentially, adjacent sectors.Content & messaging: Adapt and develop compelling content and messaging tailored to US operators, regulators, and partners.Event & industry marketing: Plan and manage presence at key US gambling industry events, conferences, and trade shows.Media & PR: Work with agencies to secure media coverage, thought leadership, and speaking opportunities in relevant industry outlets.Digital campaigns: Oversee localised digital marketing efforts including paid media, social campaigns, email, and SEOStakeholder engagement: Collaborate with sales, product, and compliance teams to align marketing with commercial objectives.Budget: Build, plan and manage the US marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximum ROI across all channelsData & reporting: Define KPIs, track performance, and report on marketing ROI to global leadership. Own and manage US marketing budget, ensuring cost effective execution to maximise ROI across all channelsBuild a team: Recruit for key roles as the company buildsWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of B2B marketing experience in fintech, payments, or regulated/professional services sectors - experience in gambling or iGaming a major plus.Proven experience launching or growing a brand in a new market - ideally US-specific.Strong strategic planning and campaign execution skills with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to localise UK messaging for a US audience.Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM (we use HubSpot, and analytics tools.Willingness to travel for industry events and team collaboration.Nice to haveDeep understanding of the US iGaming/payments landscape, stakeholders, and regulatory considerations.Qualities:Calm under pressure and able to lead US Marketing campaigns.A strong sense of ownership and accountability.Empathy for users combined with technical confidence.Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.Eager to improve systems, processes, and tools continuously.Key DetailsReporting to: CMOHours: Full timeLocation Atlanta - Hybrid model (2-3 days a week on-site)Working with YaspaWe are a fun, collaborative team based across London, Leeds, Athens and Atlanta.
