This role will be responsible for driving brand positioning, customer engagement, and revenue growth through integrated marketing strategies aligned with sales and product teams.The ideal candidate brings strong experience in B2B environments, with the ability to translate market insights, customer needs, and competitive dynamics into impactful marketing programs.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & PositioningDevelop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that support growth, market share, and profitability objectivesDefine and refine brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions across key markets and segmentsEnsure consistency across all customer-facing materials, channels, and touchpointsGo-to-Market (GTM) StrategyLead development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products, product lines, and key initiativesPartner with product, sales, and operations teams to align launch plans, pricing, distribution, and messagingDevelop channel marketing strategies to support distributors, partners, and end customersProduct Launch & CommercializationOwn the marketing side of product launches, including positioning, messaging, and campaign developmentBuild launch toolkits including sales collateral, training materials, and customer-facing assetsSupport commercialization efforts including sell-in strategies and adoption campaignsVoice of Customer (VOC) & Market InsightsLead Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives, including surveys, interviews, and customer feedback programsTranslate customer insights into actionable strategies that inform product development, messaging, and campaign executionPartner with sales and customer-facing teams to capture and validate market needsMarket Research & Competitive AnalysisConduct market research, segmentation, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and risksPerform ongoing competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform positioning and pricing strategiesMaintain a strong understanding of industry dynamics, customer buying behavior, and distribution channelsCampaign Execution & PerformancePlan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, trade, channel marketing)Measure and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs, using data to refine strategyManage marketing budgets and optimize spend across programsCross-Functional LeadershipPartner with sales, product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment across initiativesAct as the bridge between product development and commercial executionSupport distributors, sales teams, and partners with tools, messaging, and trainingQualifications5+ years of experience in B2B brand management, product marketing, or channel marketingExperience in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial markets strongly preferredProven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies and product launchesStrong experience with VOC programs, market research, and competitive intelligenceAbility to translate complex product offerings into clear, compelling messagingStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience working with channel partners, distributors, or dealer networksFamiliarity with SKU-driven or multi-product portfoliosExposure to CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
