Brand Manager
For our client, an international pharmaceutical company with a strong portfolio of OTC and Rx products, we are looking for a Brand Manager based in Hungary.The role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for selected brands in the Hungarian market, with a strong focus on commercial performance, market growth, and effective cooperation with sales and regional teams.Key responsibilities:Development and execution of brand strategies and annual marketing plansResponsibility for brand performance, sales growth, market share, and marketing budgetAnalysis of market trends, customer insights, competitor activity, and product performancePlanning and implementation of marketing campaigns across OTC and Rx channelsDevelopment of promotional materials and sales support toolsSupport of product launches and portfolio development initiativesClose cooperation with sales, medical, regulatory, and regional marketing teamsManagement of external agencies and business partnersMonitoring of brand KPIs and preparation of business updatesRequirements:Several years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or product managementExperience with OTC products; exposure to Rx brands would be an advantageGood understanding of the Hungarian pharmaceutical marketStrong analytical, commercial, and project management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple stakeholdersProactive, hands-on, and results-oriented approachExperience working in an international organisationFluent Hungarian and strong English skills
