Brand ManagerLocation: United States Eployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to lead brand development initiatives and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across all channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.Manage brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all marketing channels.Plan and oversee integrated marketing and advertising campaigns.Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitor assessments.Monitor brand performance and analyze key marketing metrics.Collaborate with product, sales, creative, and digital marketing teams to support business growth.Manage brand budgets and marketing expenditures.Ensure consistency of brand standards across all communications and customer touchpoints.Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and market expansion initiatives.Prepare reports and presentations for leadership regarding brand performance and strategy.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, product marketing, or a related role.Strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and marketing principles.Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.Preferred QualificationsExperience with digital marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies.Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.Experience in consumer goods, retail, technology, healthcare, or related industries.MBA or professional marketing certifications are a plus.Experience managing agency relationships and marketing budgets.
