This role blends brand strategy, innovation, portfolio management, insights, and commercial thinking into one highly visible position.The ideal candidate is equal parts marketer and business thinker — someone who loves identifying opportunities, bringing ideas to life, and working cross-functionally to drive results.This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where curiosity, initiative, and strong execution matter. If you love food trends, consumer behavior, innovation, and building brands with heart and hustle, this is the kind of role where you can make a real impact.Job Responsibilities:Brand Strategy Lead development of brand positioning, strategic narrative, and long-term brand health initiatives Lead marketing communications development across packaging, digital assets, sell-in materials, and creative campaigns Manage marketing budgets and support investment allocation decisions to maximize growth opportunities Product & Portfolio Management Support innovation pipeline development from concept through commercialization and sell-in Manage portfolio assortment and SKU rationalization efforts to support growth and profitability Identify opportunities for product improvement, line extensions, whitespace opportunities, and portfolio expansion Drive forecasting, pricing analysis, and commercialization planning Develop sales materials, customer presentations, and launch support tools Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, R&D, Finance, and external agency partners Drive accountability and momentum across initiatives in a fast-paced environment Present recommendations and updates to leadership team with clarity and confidenceEducation and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields. An MBA is a plus. 3–6 years of experience in brand management, innovation, portfolio management, or related CPG roles Passion for food, consumer trends, and brand building Experience working with syndicated data (Nielsen, Circana/SPINS, Numerator, etc.) preferred CPG experience strongly preferred Hispanic foods experience is a plus Spanish proficiency is a plus Physical RequirementsPerforms work primarily in an office setting, requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use.Occasionally lifts, carries, pushes, or pulls items weighing up to 15 pounds.What Success Looks Like Identifies growth opportunities before others see them Moves seamlessly between strategy and execution Thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment Energized by building brands consumers genuinely love Brings both creativity and business rigor to the table Why Join Sabrosura Foods?
