We combine commercial expertise with structured marketing execution to successfully position our brands in the market.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Brand Manager to lead brand development and retail expansion initiatives. This is a full-time role focused on active sales growth, supplier management, and strategic marketing execution.Key responsibilities include:Driving active sales to pharmacy chains, retail networks, and other distribution channelsManaging supplier relationships, negotiations, assortment planning, and pricing strategyDeveloping and implementing annual marketing and sales plansPositioning and growing brands in competitive retail environmentsCoordinating communication and campaigns with external marketing and creative agenciesMonitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and identifying growth opportunitiesBuilding long-term relationships with key retail partnersThis role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on commercial execution.QualificationsProven experience in FMCG, beauty, healthcare, or retail sectorsExperience working with pharmacy chains and/or major retail networksStrong negotiation and relationship management skillsSolid understanding of brand development and marketing planningAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales dataSelf-driven, proactive, and results-oriented personalityStrong communication and organizational skillsFluency in Lithuanian and EnglishExperience in the Baltic market and working with international suppliers would be considered an advantag
