Our edge comes from our team of people and our commitment to patients.Job DescriptionThe purpose of this role is to drive the successful development and execution of the brand strategy within the Spanish market, ensuring strong alignment with global positioning while addressing the specific needs of patients, healthcare professionals, and the wider healthcare ecosystem. The Brand Manager will lead the creation of impactful, locally relevant marketing initiatives, grounded in deep market insights and cross‑functional collaboration. By building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring the highest standards of compliance, this role will play a central part in shaping the brand’s presence, maximizing its value, and supporting improved outcomes for people living with rare diseases.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with marketing, sales, medical and market access teams to develop integrated brand plan marketing and implementing tacticsCreate localized messaging and campaign content aligned with positioningLead and drive market analysis through market research and insightsPlan and execute presence at key congresses and meetings, maximizing impactEnsure compliance of all marketing activitiesLead cross-functional brand planning workshopsBuild relationships with key opinion leadersQualificationsEducation/Learning Experience/Work Experience4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the rare disease space.4 years of experience with products used primarily in hospital settings.Proven track record in marketing haemophilia or haematology products.Life science degreePrevious commercial experience beneficialDeep knowledge of the Spanish Healthcare systemStrong analytical skills to interpret market data and research findings to inform strategic decisionsSense of urgency, and proven ability to organize, and prioritize for executionSkills/Knowledge/Languages RequiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills EnglishExcellent MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Experience with review and approval systems (eg.
