You'll be building brand desirability through consistent storytelling and standout customer experiences, working closely with a global brand team to localise campaigns, and partnering with a dealer network to deliver activations that genuinely bring the brand to life across the country.It's a role with real visibility - you'll be trusted to translate global strategy into local campaigns, experiences and partnerships, all while working alongside a network of committed local partners and a business that's proud of what it represents.Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Planning-Develop the annual brand strategy for Ireland, aligned to global direction- Monitor brand tracking, competitor analysis and consumer insight to inform planning- Represent marketing as a growth driver in monthly business planning meetings - Amplify global brand strategy through dealer engagementCampaign, Content & Sponsorship Management- Develop and implement omni-channel, consumer-centric campaigns- Own and optimise the end-to-end customer journey- Translate marketing data and insights into actionable recommendations- Drive the brand's online-to-offline strategy, growing website effectiveness- Lead the planning and execution of new product launches in Ireland- Deliver brand events that bring the brand to life- Identify and develop growth opportunities that expand the brand's reach- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant Irish media- Lead and manage key sponsorships in the Irish market, including a high-profile partnership with a major Irish TV production- Work closely with external agencies - briefing, guiding and evaluating to maximise effectivenessGlobal Stakeholder Liaison- Build strong working relationships with global marketing teams at HQ- Navigate global approval processes efficiently- Deliver marketing activity that positions the Irish team as a centre of excellence, earning recognition as best-in-classDealer/Partner Network Collaboration- Work closely with the local distribution/dealer network, inspiring local marketing teams- Build collaborative relationships with partner marketing teams, acting as a trusted advisor on local plans- Review partner marketing plans to ensure alignment with brand objectives, including rebate funding processingCommercial & Budget Management- Prepare and present budgets for approval, with clear investment rationale and expected returns- Manage the annual brand budget end-to-end- Track campaign performance against KPIs, reporting results and learnings to senior stakeholdersWhat We're Looking ForExperience & Qualifications- 5+ years' experience running successful marketing campaigns, ideally within a premium or high-end consumer brand- BSc or MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related discipline- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience across digital and traditional marketing- Proven experience optimising digital customer journeys and executing lead generation and nurturing campaigns end to end- Experience managing international/global stakeholder relationships- Agency management experienceSkills & Competencies- Equally comfortable shaping strategy or rolling up sleeves - focused on doing what it takes to deliver the right outcome- Balances hands-on delivery with a strategic mindset, contributing to brand thinking beyond day-to-day tasks- Confident working with marketing data and analytics, translating into meaningful insight- Proactive in engaging with key stakeholders, internally and externally- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written- High attention to detail and pride in the quality of every output- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise independently- A genuine brand ambassador - someone who connects with the brand and is proud to represent it
