Тhe company is known for its quality standards, reliability and long-term commitment to the healthcare sector.As part of its continued growth, our client is looking for a Brand Manager to join its OTC team — an opportunity to work alongside proven industry experts, follow high professional standards, and benefit from genuine career growth and development opportunities.About the role:As Brand Manager, you will shape and drive the strategy behind a dedicated OTC product portfolio — from positioning and branding to the practical rollout of trade marketing plans that bring those strategies to life in the market.The role calls for solid knowledge of the OTC pharma industry and hands-on experience with the marketing tools that support the company's medical and sales teams on the ground.Key Responsibilities: Shape marketing strategy for the assigned brands, aligned with the wider company direction. Translate that strategy into concrete trade marketing plans and roadmaps. Track and interpret market dynamics across the relevant therapeutic areas. Articulate a clear competitive edge for the company's products versus alternatives on the market. Coordinate across teams and partners to keep marketing plans on track. Define objectives and brand guidelines for the entrusted portfolio. Plan and roll out trade marketing initiatives – promotions, sampling, merchandising and similar activities. Report regularly on brand performance metrics. Own the analysis and ongoing improvement of marketing activity effectiveness.Requirements:University degree, ideally in Marketing or Economics. At least 2 years' experience in brand management, ideally within pharma OTC or Consumer Healthcare. Fluent in Bulgarian and English, spoken and written. Confident user of the full MS Excel. A creative mindset paired with a hands-on approach to execution. Self-driven and able to work independently. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
