1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. is looking for a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and integrated marketing efforts for our Personalization category.This is a highly visible, cross-functional role for a marketer who knows how to connect the dots between customer insights, business performance, product strategy, marketing channels, and go-to-market execution.As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will serve as the central marketing leader for the Personalization category—acting as the “marketing quarterback” who brings teams together around a clear strategy, monitors performance against business objectives, identifies opportunities and risks, and ensures marketing efforts remain aligned across the organization.This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, work hands-on, influence without direct authority, and create structure in an evolving environment.What You’ll DoOwn the brand strategy and positioning for the Personalization category, ensuring a clear, differentiated, and customer-focused approach.Lead monthly and seasonal go-to-market planning, bringing together priorities, customer insights, campaign strategies, messaging, and execution plans.Serve as the central marketing point of contact across Merchandising, Creative, Site/Product, Customer Insights, Paid Media, CRM, Search, Organic Marketing, Partnerships, B2B, and other cross-functional teams.Translate products, customer insights, and business priorities into compelling marketing strategies and customer-relevant brand narratives.Develop campaign briefs, seasonal planning materials, marketing calendars, and other tools needed to drive alignment and execution.Monitor business, site, and marketing performance to understand whether strategies and campaigns are delivering against volume and forecast goals.Evaluate performance drivers such as traffic, conversion, visibility, messaging, promotions, and channel effectiveness.Partner with marketing channel owners to understand performance challenges, identify opportunities, and ensure action plans remain aligned with broader business objectives.Lead weekly cross-functional brand meetings and provide stakeholders with a comprehensive view of marketing performance, priorities, risks, and opportunities.Use customer insights, behavioral data, and campaign learnings to influence marketing strategy and future go-to-market planning.Identify performance gaps and emerging risks early, communicate them clearly, and work across teams to drive coordinated action.Build strong relationships across the organization and successfully navigate competing priorities, complex stakeholders, and evolving ways of working.Champion new processes and ways of working while helping cross-functional partners understand and adopt the evolving Brand Marketing Manager structure.Create structure where processes may not yet exist, take ownership of initiatives, and independently drive work forward.Balance strategic leadership with the hands-on execution and tactical responsibilities necessary to deliver results.What We’re Looking For7–10+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, consumer marketing, or go-to-market leadership.Strong experience leading integrated marketing strategies and cross-functional initiatives within a complex organization.Broad understanding of digital and performance marketing, including familiarity with metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CPM, CPC, traffic, and conversion.Experience using customer insights, business performance data, and marketing analytics to develop strategies and influence decisions.Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive results across teams without direct authority.Experience developing campaign briefs, go-to-market strategies, seasonal plans, and integrated marketing initiatives.Strong change management mindset with the ability to champion new ways of working, build alignment, and navigate resistance to change.Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, establish processes, and create structure in evolving environments.Exceptional communication, storytelling, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical level and willingness to roll up your sleeves to move the work forward.What Success Looks LikeYou will help ensure the Personalization category shows up consistently and effectively across the customer journey. Marketing strategies will be grounded in customer insights, seasonal campaigns will be integrated and performance-driven, risks and opportunities will be identified early, and cross-functional teams will have a clear strategic partner helping connect business objectives to marketing execution.You will become a trusted decision partner across the organization—bringing together strategy, insights, performance, and execution to help drive meaningful commercial results for the Personalization business.CompensationThe expected salary range for this position is $105,000 to $115,000 annually.
