Job DescriptionAre you ready to help us bring LEGO bricks to as many Kids in HUGREAD (Hungary, Greece, Adriatic) market as possible? Bring you passion for the LEGO brand and help shape the LEGO brand!Scope & ImpactFull ownership of the Preschool & Girls segment representing -50% of kid’s business, with clear accountability for growth and performance. This is a for an 18-month contract.****All applications should be in English********No relocation support is offered for this role****Play your part in our team succeedingThe role of the Brand Manager is to assure that we have the winning and aligned Brand strategies and plans to further build the brand and LEGO love among consumers and shoppers. You will be playing a key role in securing that we continue to recruit new customers to retain and will focus on building awareness and drive consumer sales.Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Growth DeliveryDefine and drive Preschool & Girls strategy to deliver short- and mid-term growth ambitions (Y+1 and in-year)Lead local deployment and amplification of global plans, ensuring strong localization and cultural relevance. Identify risks and opportunities early and implement corrective actions to stay on track.Commercial & Portfolio OwnershipOwn portfolio strategy for Preschool & Girls selecting key drivers for communication and trade based on market potential. Ensure strong link between marketing plans and commercial performance.Marketing Investment & PerformanceOwn and optimize Preschool & Girls marketing investment model (media strategy, channel mix, ROI mindset).Drive effective allocation of resources with clear focus on impact and efficiency.Consumer, Shopper & Market InsightLead deep understanding of Preschool & Girls consumer and shopper behavior. Track KPIs and drive performance-based actions. Monitor competition and translate insights into actionable strategiesDemand & Financial ManagementIntegrate marketing assumptions into demand planning process.Execution ExcellenceEnsure best-in-class execution across all touchpoints (OESP).Cross-functional LeadershipLead alignment across marketing, sales and supply teams. Act as key connector to ensure end-to-end delivery of Preschool & Girls agenda.Innovation & Continuous ImprovementDrive test & learn approach, pilot new initiatives and scale successful concepts.Stakeholder ManagementAct as key point of contact for Preschool and Girls within IMA CG and IP leadsAct as right hand to Marketing Head on Preschool & Girls agenda, influencing key decisionDo you have what it takes?Proven experience in managing and executing brand initiatives, with visible impact on brand performanceAbility to combine strategic thinking with strong execution – plan, prioritize and deliverGood understanding of business drivers and how marketing contributes to growthExperience with marketing planning and budget management, including performance trackingStrong analytical skills – comfortable working with data, drawing insights and turning them into actionsUnderstanding of consumer and shopper behavior, including basic experience with research and campaign evaluationStakeholder management - ability to work cross-functionally and align with different teams (e.g. sales, retail, finance), Positive and effective team-player with excellent collaboration skillsClear and confident communication and presentation skills in EnglishOwnership mindset – takes responsibility, follows through and delivers resultsProactive and solution-oriented, with ability to adapt and improve things continuouslyOpen to learn and being a strong problem solverProficiency level in English both written and spoken is requiredAn ability to work 3 days in the Prague office per week, 2 days from home.Join the global LEGO® family!What’s in it for you?
