Job PurposeSYNLawn is the industry leader in premium synthetic turf — engineered with renewable materials, USDA Biobased certified, and trusted by the world's top athletes, architects, and facility managers. We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist and executor — someone who can build the brand, run campaigns, and hold themselves accountable to results.This role owns the full marketing function for Landscape Turf (SYNLawn & White Label): strategy, demand generation, digital, content, events, and customer experience. You'll report to the CMO and work closely with sales, products, and leadership.Duties and Responsibilities· Strategy and Planningo Brand strategy, positioning, and messaging for SYNLawno Annual and quarterly campaign planning across channelso Market segmentation, ICP definition, and content strategy· Execution & Activationo Demand generation — paid media, email, SEO, and digitalo Website management, social media, and PRo Conference and trade show planning and execution· Data & Measuremento Marketing attribution, campaign ROI, and budget trackingo Brand health metrics and audience insightso Reporting cadence to CMO and leadership· Customer Experienceo Customer journey mapping and Voice of Customer programso NPS / CSAT insight to action planso Retention marketing and lifecycle programsPlease note this description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Education: Bachelor’s Degree requiredMBA or advanced degree in marketing, business, or related field heavily considered Experience preferred in building materials, construction, outdoor or sports industryFamiliarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM / MAP platformsBackground in both B2B and B2C environments preferred Experience with brand equity research or VoC programsConference and event marketing experienceExperience: 4–6+ years of marketing experience, B2B or B2CProven track record running integrated campaigns end-to-endStrong grasp of demand gen, SEO, and digital marketingComfortable with data — attribution, dashboards, and budget managementExcellent communicator — written, verbal, and visualSelf-starter who can operate with autonomy and move fastExperience managing agencies, vendors, and contractors
