Role Overview
The Team Lead, Growth Marketing leads the global growth marketing function, owning the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns across new customer acquisition, account-based marketing, and customer marketing. The role is responsible for driving measurable ARR outcomes across the full customer journey, from new logo acquisition through to expansion within the existing customer base, while building and developing a high-performing team of growth and campaign managers. Working closely with Marketing Automation, Sales, Customer Success, and Product, the role ensures coordinated go-to-market execution and shared commercial accountability across functions. This role requires a commercially driven marketing leader with a strong track record of designing and delivering data-backed growth strategies that produce measurable business impact.
Main Responsibilities
Own the strategy and execution of multi-channel growth initiatives across new customer acquisition, ABM, and customer marketing, defining growth priorities and delivering measurable ARR outcomes from both new and existing customers.
Lead and develop a team of growth and campaign managers, setting clear individual expectations, establishing operating models and best practices, and building a culture of disciplined execution and structured experimentation.
Partner with Marketing Automation, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination, shared KPIs, and unified go-to-market execution across customer and account-based strategies.
Use dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance, surface insights, and drive continuous optimisation across the funnel.
Define and maintain clear processes and frameworks that enable the team to execute efficiently at scale while maintaining the ability to test and iterate quickly.
Required Experience
At least 5 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on campaign management and growth, including demonstrated experience leading a team.
Proven track record designing and leading data-driven growth strategies across acquisition and expansion, that deliver measurable ARR impact.
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Product to shared commercial goals.
Background in a VC- or PE-backed company, management consultancy, or a Chief of Staff-type role is an advantage.
A master’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage; equivalent experience is accepted.
Required Skills

Builds and executes multi-channel campaigns end-to-end: comfortable owning the full lifecycle from strategy through to measurement and iteration.
Aligns cross-functional stakeholders around shared priorities and go-to-market plans, communicating with credibility across Sales, CS, Product, and senior leadership.
Brings a proactive, experimental mindset: identifies opportunities, moves quickly to test, and applies learnings without waiting to be directed.
Translates product value into compelling messaging for both prospects and existing customers, with a strong customer-centric perspective.
Fluent English required, German is an advantage.
