Your mission
As a Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you turn marketing strategies into measurable results. You take ownership of our digital marketing channels, campaigns, and marketing operations, ensuring they are continuously optimized and improved through a data-driven approach.Working at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and external partners, you drive demand generation, brand visibility, and marketing efficiency. Through your analytical mindset, hands-on mentality, and focus on impact, you create sustainable value and contribute directly to our growth. Your tasks:
Campaign Management & Performance Marketing
- Own the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Manage campaigns against agreed KPIs with a focus on lead generation, performance, and efficiency
- Develop and maintain tracking frameworks, target audiences, testing approaches, and reporting structures
- Identify optimization opportunities based on campaign performance and marketing analytics
- Own the operational planning, creation, and publishing of content across LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Execute marketing and communication initiatives in line with established positioning and messaging
- Continuously improve organic social media performance through data-driven optimization
- Monitor and analyze engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness
- Own the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the company website
- Implement CMS updates, landing pages, and SEO initiatives
- Manage blog production from planning through publication
- Analyze website and SEO performance and derive actionable improvement measures
- Collaborate with external agencies and service providers on website-related initiatives
- Plan, track, and evaluate marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Build and maintain dashboards and regular reporting on key marketing KPIs
- Ensure high-quality campaign tracking and marketing data management within Salesforce and related tools
- Maintain campaign documentation, marketing assets, and operational processes
- Support the operational execution of events, conferences, and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate marketing materials, communications, and lead-capture activities
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and additional external partners
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales, and the Head of Marketing to execute growth initiatives
Your profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Several years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and digital campaign management
- Experience managing websites, CMS platforms, and SEO initiatives
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics or comparable platforms
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus
- Experience working with agencies, freelancers, and external service providers
- Design or content production experience (e.g., Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial
- Knowledge of private capital markets or financial services is an advantage but not required
- Excellent English skills (working language)
- German skills are an advantage
