Field Marketing & Brand Manager, Europe
ABOUT DEXIANDexian is a leading US-based IT staffing and solutions company with approximately $1.2 billion in revenue and more than 12,000 associates worldwide. In Europe, Dexian operates entities in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Poland, and Hungary, with an established technology delivery organisation in Central and Eastern Europe. The European business is in a defined growth phase, expanding from staffing into value-added services and technology solutions for international clients.THE OPPORTUNITYYou will make Dexian visible in Europe. You decide, together with the leadership team, where Dexian shows up, who Dexian partners with, and how a defined budget creates the biggest possible presence: at industry events, in associations and chambers, in IT network groups, on LinkedIn, and in the press. This is not a back-office marketing role. You are out in the market, you open doors, and you turn presence into contacts and contacts into conversations for the sales team. You understand that B2B decisions are made by people: business buyers respond to the same creativity, storytelling, and memorable moments as consumers, and you build marketing that treats them that way.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEuropean presence plan: build and run the annual plan for Dexian's presence across Europe: which events, associations, chambers, and network groups matter, which cooperations to pursue, and how the budget is allocated for maximum impact.Networks: build relationships in the public sphere, from industry associations and chambers of commerce to IT communities and partner ecosystems, and represent Dexian confidently in every room.Events & occasions: plan and deliver Dexian's appearances end to end, from selecting and negotiating opportunities to hosting our own formats, with disciplined follow-up together with sales.Brand & positioning: develop Dexian's visibility and voice in Europe through LinkedIn, PR, and campaigns, with consistent positioning across all channels.Creativity: bring consumer-grade creativity to a B2B audience: original formats, strong content, and ideas that make a mid-sized challenger stand out against larger competitors.Sales support: hand warm introductions and well-prepared occasions to the sales team, and make sure no contact from an event goes cold.Budget: deploy the budget deliberately, track what every activity returns, and shift resources to what works.YOUR PROFILE5+ years of experience in marketing, events, communications, or business development in a B2B environment.A natural relationship builder with a visible sales instinct: open, warm, and confident in a room full of strangers.A proven organiser: you plan rigorously, manage many workstreams in parallel, and deliver on time and on budget.A creative, out-of-the-box thinker who develops own formats and ideas rather than replicating templates.A confident writer and content creator for LinkedIn and PR, with a good eye for brand and design.Experience with professional networks such as associations, chambers, or industry communities is a strong advantage.Full professional fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
