Senior Field & Demand Generation Marketing Manager / DirectorAI SecurityLocation: Untied States Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 OTEThe RoleScout Global are currently partnered with a fast growth AI Security start-up who are looking to expand their Marketing team. We are looking for our Founding Field & Demand Generation specialist to build the function from scratch by driving pipeline growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement across key markets. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, owning regional campaigns, field events, partner activations, and integrated demand generation programs that generate measurable business impact.This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys building programs from the ground up, and combines creativity with data-driven execution.What You'll be Doing:Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies aligned to pipeline and revenue goalsPlan and manage events including trade shows, executive dinners, webinars, partner events, and customer activationsBuild integrated demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, content, social, and outbound channelsPartner closely with sales teams to support territory priorities and account-based marketing initiativesOwn campaign performance metrics including MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, attendance, and ROICollaborate with content and product marketing teams to create compelling messaging and campaign assetsManage marketing calendars, budgets, vendors, and event logisticsIdentify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and industry events to expand market presenceAnalyze campaign performance and continuously optimize programs for efficiency and scaleSupport customer marketing initiatives including advocacy, community-building, and executive engagementWho You Are:4+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketingProven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through multi-channel marketing programsExperience working closely with B2B sales teams in a high-growth Cyber Security environmentStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset with experience using marketing automation and CRM platformsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership and autonomyExperience with ABM strategies and event marketing is highly preferred*Follow Scout Global for more roles like this*
