Our team is young, entrepreneurial, and performance-oriented, where every member has a direct impact on the company’s growth.If you enjoy solving complex growth challenges, scaling brands internationally, and working alongside founders to build something meaningful, we’d love to meet you.⸻Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Head of Growth / Head of Paid Media with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing and eCommerce to lead BIOPET’s growth strategy and customer acquisition across all digital channels.This is a full-time hybrid position based in Sofia, with flexibility for remote work. You will work directly with the founders and have ownership over the company’s paid media strategy, customer acquisition, retention initiatives, and overall growth roadmap.This is not simply a media buying role. We are looking for someone who understands the entire eCommerce ecosystem—from acquisition and conversion optimization to retention, profitability, and international scaling.⸻Responsibilities* Lead BIOPET’s overall paid media strategy across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging advertising platforms.* Work directly with the founders on business growth strategy, international expansion, and long-term scaling initiatives.* Develop and execute BIOPET’s complete Growth Strategy, covering customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and profitability.* Own and optimize key business KPIs including CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV, Contribution Margin, AOV, Conversion Rate (CVR), and Customer Lifetime Value.* Build and continuously improve full-funnel marketing strategies—from first impression to repeat purchases and customer loyalty.* Collaborate closely with the Creative team to develop high-performing advertising concepts, UGC creatives, hooks, messaging, landing pages, and conversion-focused campaigns.* Design structured creative testing frameworks and experimentation roadmaps to continuously improve campaign performance.* Analyze marketing performance across all acquisition channels and transform data into actionable growth opportunities.* Improve website conversion rates, customer journeys, landing pages, checkout experience, and overall eCommerce performance.* Contribute to BIOPET’s SEO strategy to support sustainable long-term organic growth.* Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement through Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, server-side tracking, and other analytics platforms.* Identify new customer acquisition opportunities, emerging channels, new markets, and scalable growth initiatives.* Coordinate external agencies, freelancers, and strategic partners whenever necessary to maximize business performance.⸻Qualifications* Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, and eCommerce Growth.* Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.* Deep understanding of growth marketing, experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, attribution, customer acquisition, and retention.* Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.* Experience working with eCommerce metrics such as CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, AOV, CVR, Contribution Margin, and profitability analysis.* Ability to translate business goals into scalable marketing strategies and measurable performance improvements.* Experience collaborating with creative teams and providing clear direction for high-converting creatives and landing pages.* Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field is considered an advantage.⸻What We Offer* Competitive fixed salary.* Attractive performance-based bonus structure tied directly to business results.* Hybrid work model with flexibility for remote work.* Opportunity to work directly with the founders and influence key strategic decisions.* Real ownership over one of the fastest-growing eCommerce brands in Bulgaria.* A young, ambitious, and highly motivated team that values innovation and continuous improvement.* Access to large advertising budgets and the freedom to test new ideas.* The opportunity to build and scale an international brand with ambitious European expansion plans.* A role where your ideas, decisions, and execution will have a direct impact on the future of BIOPET.
