Crushed Tonic is a Korean café–inspired premium collagen brand. We make ingestible skincare that tastes like banana milk, strawberry milk, and vanilla bean — not another supplement. Our thesis is simple: a Korean café in your kitchen. Collagen that lives closer to beauty, fashion, and nostalgia than to the wellness aisle.This role sits at the intersection of community, partnerships, content, and social. We're not hiring someone to schedule posts and follow a checklist. We're hiring someone who loves connecting people, spots opportunities, makes content, and turns ideas into real-world moments — someone who treats the brand like it's their own.The line that captures it:"I found a Pilates studio in NYC, secured a partnership, organized an event, invited creators, coordinated our photographer, generated dozens of pieces of content, filmed behind-the-scenes myself, posted the recap reel, recruited new ambassadors, and turned the whole thing into ongoing relationships for the brand."What You'll OwnCommunity & PartnershipsCreator outreach, ambassador and affiliate programs, and product seedingPartnerships with wellness studios, cafés, beauty clinics, and complementary brandsBuilding the Crush Club into a community people genuinely want to belong toPlanning and running in-person activations, primarily in NYC and LASocial MediaOwning the content calendar end to end — planned, captured, edited, published, consistentWriting captions, ideating content, and running trend research and social listeningProtecting the look and feel of our channels and keeping the content library organizedPerformance tracking and reportingCreating Content Yourself You'll have a photographer, videographer, and editor for polished work — but the best-performing content is often the most authentic. When the pipeline runs low, you pick up your phone. That means behind-the-scenes moments, fast trend recreations, imperfect recipe videos, Stories and Reels from events, and folding Crushed Tonic naturally into everyday life. You don't need to be a full-time influencer — you do need to be comfortable stepping in front of the camera.Events & Activations At least one community activation per month in NYC or LA, within an approved budget — wellness brunches, creator gatherings, Pilates or matcha mornings, retail partner activations, sampling events, community meetups. Success is measured by attendance, content created, partnerships developed, and relationships built — not by spend.A Typical WeekEvery week looks a little different, but the rhythm is roughly:Early week: review analytics, plan the IG/TikTok feed, coordinate shoots, kick off creator outreachMidweek: partnership outreach and follow-ups, gifting coordination, caption writing, scheduling, event planning, ambassador managementLate week: partnership calls, event execution (when applicable), content reviews, reporting, and planning the week aheadMonthly Targets50–100 creator outreach conversations (our outreach team can support)20–30 partnership conversations → 2–5 meaningful partnerships developed5–10 gifting or seeding opportunities1+ in-person activation in NYC or LAOngoing ambassador recruitment and managementA consistent posting schedule, with trend opportunities identified and executedEvent recap content delivered within 72 hoursOutreach should be thoughtful and personalized — never mass copy-paste.Who You AreHighly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setupA warm, excellent communicator who actually likes reaching out to strangersTapped into culture, social, and consumer brands — with real taste and instinctPassionate about wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and communityResourceful and entrepreneurial — you want to build something, not maintain a systemNice to have: hands-on experience with TikTok Shop (creator commerce, lives, affiliate), plus working knowledge of Shopify, Canva, CapCut, and a scheduler like Later or Planoly.Where You're BasedThis role is remote-flexible, but our activations happen in New York and Los Angeles — so you should be based in (or able to consistently work from) one of those cities. If you're NYC- or LA-based and excited to be the face of our community on the ground, this is for you.How We WorkThis role is outcome-driven. We care less about exactly when you work and more about whether projects get finished, opportunities get pursued, and goals get met — without constant follow-up.Each week you'll keep the content calendar current and publish on schedule, hit your outreach goals, manage ambassador relationships, keep assets and trackers organized, and send a short weekly update: what shipped, what's in motion, what's stuck.Communication: respond to the team within 24 hours on weekdays, join planning calls, flag roadblocks early, and bring solutions — not just problems.Reviews: every 30 days, based on execution and reliability, community growth, partnerships secured, creator relationships, event execution, content output, and initiative. Compensation grows with results.This Role Probably Isn't a Fit If…You need daily direction, feel uncomfortable reaching out to strangers, frequently miss deadlines, or prefer waiting for instructions over taking initiative.
