The RoleWe are seeking a creative, fashion-forward Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and help tell the Monkee's of Raleigh story across digital and in-store channels.What You’ll DoPlan and execute social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok, including content calendars, graphics, captions, and engagementBuild and send email/SMS campaigns for promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal salesCoordinate monthly shopping events, trunk shows, and in-store sales in collaboration with the sales floor teamCreate and manage promotional signage and visual merchandising support tied to marketing and sales campaignsTrack campaign performance (engagement, email open rates, SEO analytics) and basic ad budgets and ad requestsBuild relationships with local influencers, stylists, and community partnersCapture and edit product and lifestyle photography/video content for use across channelsMaintain consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all channelsStay aware of competitor activity and emerging trends within the retail industryCollaborate weekly with the Sales Floor Manager and Financial Manager on upcoming inventory, promotions, and eventsThe Ideal candidate will:Have 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, fashion, or a related consumer-facing industryStrong graphic and web design skills Strong command of social media platforms and basic content/design tools (Canva, Shopify, Instagram and TikTok)Comfortable appearing on camera for social media content (Reels, TikToks, etc)Experience in Analytic tools such as Google Analytics and Klayvio reportingOutgoing and enthusiastic, with a genuine team-player mentalityPhotography/videography skills a strong plusHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit a resume to Carly Nickens, [email protected]
