Marketing Director

Our client, a highly successful national large retailer, is adding a new Marketing Director/Sr. Marketing Director to its team.They are open to a Marketing Director or Sr. Director title (but possibly higher level background if smaller company). Position based in the NE and person would need to relocate there (or be based locally).It’s a super blended fun role of branding, strategy, loyalty programs, digital marketing, customer insights, leadership of team (both direct and indirect), initiating new campaigns, marketing communications, partnering with vendors, etc. Omni-channel strength! I need a highly innovative, risk taker, out of the box thinker, with influencing capabilities to present to the C-level to gain acceptance for new ideas and re-position - expansion, and upgrading time for the company!I will look at Directors, VP’s or even CMO’s of smaller companies.
