About the CompanyYibi Group is a leading OEM manufacturer and strategic partner for global luxury and fashion brands, certified by LVMH, Kering, and Richemont.With extensive experience in high-end jewelry and accessories manufacturing, we are strengthening our presence in North America to support brand influence and business growth.About the RoleWe are looking for a New York-based Marketing Director to lead Yibi Group’s marketing strategy and execution for the North American jewelry and accessories market.The role will connect the New York market with our China-based teams, strengthen Yibi Group’s industry visibility, and support client development among luxury jewelry, fashion jewelry, and accessory brands.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute North American marketing strategies for Yibi Group’s jewelry and accessories business.Build brand awareness through digital marketing, industry media, content, events, and strategic partnerships.Create marketing materials that communicate Yibi Group’s product development, manufacturing, and technical capabilities.Support business development with market insights, client presentations, campaigns, and lead-generation activities.Manage social media, digital campaigns, website content, and marketing performance.Coordinate with China-based marketing, product, and business teams.Maintain consistency with luxury industry standards and Yibi Group’s brand positioning.Qualifications3+ years of marketing experience in luxury, jewelry, fashion, accessories, or related industries.Strong understanding of the North American luxury and jewelry market.Experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, content, events, and business development support.Excellent communication, project-management, and cross-functional coordination skills.Experience working with international teams is preferred.Fluent written and spoken English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.Equal Opportunity StatementYibi Group is committed to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace and provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants.
