About The RoleThe Marketing Manager owns integrated demand-generation and brand programs for a technology portfolio, translating product positioning into campaigns that create qualified pipeline and strengthen market awareness.The role combines strategy and execution across email, paid search, paid social, SEO, content, and lifecycle marketing. You will partner with product marketing, sales, design, and revenue operations to launch measurable programs and improve conversion across the funnel.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute multi-channel campaigns across HubSpot or Marketo, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email, and organic contentBuild campaign briefs, audience segments, messaging, landing pages, and launch plans for B2B or B2C technology audiencesOwn performance reporting in GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent systems, tracking CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROIOptimize SEO and SEM programs through keyword research, technical recommendations, paid search testing, and conversion-rate analysisManage the editorial calendar and coordinate writers, designers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver content and creative on scheduleRun A/B tests across email subject lines, ad creative, landing pages, calls to action, and nurture journeysManage campaign budgets and vendor relationships; present recommendations and performance results to marketing and business leadershipWhat We Are Looking For3-6 years of experience in demand generation, growth, digital, content, or integrated marketing, preferably in a technology companyDemonstrated success launching campaigns that improved qualified pipeline, revenue contribution, conversion rates, or customer acquisition efficiencyHands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and advertising platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign ManagerStrong understanding of SEO, SEM, lifecycle marketing, paid social, email performance, attribution, and funnel measurementExcellent project-management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders against deadlinesBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience with product-led growth, ABM platforms, Looker or Tableau, CMS tools such as WordPress or Webflow, and marketing to technical buyers
