Marketing Manager

At Proposales, we’re transforming how hotels sell and manage Groups, Meetings & Events. We’re building a modern product platform for an industry that still relies heavily on legacy systems and manual processes, helping hotels move from inquiry to booking and delivery through beautifully designed software, automation and AI.We’re now taking the next step, expanding Proposales beyond proposals into booking, workflows and AI powered operations and we're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead how we tell our story and support the sales team in getting it out there. You'll run social content, plan events and help build the kind of presence that makes prospects already know who we are before a salesperson picks up the phone. This isn't a role where you hand off a brief and wait. We want to get to know you, and for you to get a feel for our culture and what Proposales is about.Second stage: A meeting with our CEO. This is where you dig into the vision, and we talk through mutual expectations.Third stage (Case Presentation): You'll get an assignment, then come into the office to meet some of your future colleagues and walk us through your case presentation.
