Sales and Brand Manager

BRAND & SALES MANAGER GERMANY – RUNNING, TRAIL RUNNING & CYCLING(Location: Germany – High availability to travel)Do you live running, trail running or cycling as a way of life?Can you imagine representing a cutting-edge sports nutrition brand, leading its growth in Germany and being the direct link with the best athletes, stores and events in the country?We are looking for a Brand Manager for Germany who is much more than a traditional sales rep – someone who will be the face and voice of the brand in the German market.Your missionYou will be responsible for developing the brand and the business in Germany, combining commercial vision with real passion for sport:• Design and execute the brand strategy in Germany.• Open and develop key accounts (specialised shops, teams, distributors, events).• Organise and lead experiential marketing actions, such as social runs and rides with customers and running/cycling communities.• Be the link between the brand, athletes and shops, building strong long-term relationships.• Act as commercial director for the German market, setting priorities, goals and follow-up.What we are looking for• Native command of German, both spoken and written (required).• Professional English and basic Spanish (able to communicate with the team).• Commercial experience in the sports sector, sports retail, cycling or sports nutrition.• Genuine passion for running, trail running and/or cycling: you regularly race or take part in events, and you know the ecosystem, brands, events and trends.• Highly proactive person, willing to travel across the country and enjoy doing it.• Entrepreneurial mindset: someone who wants to build a project, not just “manage a portfolio”.What we offer• The chance to be ambassador of an innovative brand in full international expansion.• A project with huge potential, where you can leave your mark and grow with the brand.• A very dynamic role: a mix of strategy, commercial activity and direct contact with athletes, cyclists, shops and events.• A close-knit team, passionate about performance and innovation.If you see yourself leading this project, representing the brand in Germany and growing a community of runners and cyclists who truly believe in what they do, we would love to meet you.
