Senior Brand ManagerLocation: Hybrid (2 days per week in office)Salary: Up to €100,000 per annum plus bonus We are looking for a commercially minded Senior Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand and marketing initiatives within a consumer-focused business. This role offers the opportunity to drive brand growth, deliver impactful campaigns, and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance consumer engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and delivery of brand strategy and annual marketing plans.Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across relevant channels.Monitor brand performance, market trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.Collaborate with sales, product, and commercial teams to ensure brand plans are effectively delivered.Manage relationships with external agencies and marketing partners.Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.Support product launches and other brand-building initiatives.Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective spend allocation.Skills & Experience4–7 years' experience in brand management, marketing, or a related commercial role.Experience working within a consumer-facing business.Strong understanding of brand and marketing principles.Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.Commercial awareness and analytical skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Apply today to grow your career with a forward-thinking employer committed to equal opportunity.
