About UpserveUpserve is rebuilding one of the restaurant industry's leading technology platforms.Backed by new ownership, we're investing in our people, products, and go-to-market strategy to help independent full-service restaurants operate more efficiently through modern POS, integrated payments, reporting, guest intelligence, and operational software built specifically for hospitality businesses.We're entering an exciting stage of growth and are looking for a marketing leader who wants to help shape the future of the business.Position OverviewUpserve is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to build and lead our modern revenue marketing organization.Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this leader will own demand generation, product marketing, positioning, customer marketing, sales enablement, field marketing, partner marketing, and go-to-market strategy while helping establish Upserve as a leader in restaurant technology.This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys building organizations, creating scalable marketing programs, and driving measurable business growth.What You'll DoBuild and scale a modern, data-driven revenue marketing organizationOwn multi-channel demand generation programs across digital and field marketingDrive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, CAC optimization, and marketing attributionLead product marketing, positioning, messaging, and competitive strategyDevelop customer marketing programs focused on advocacy, retention, and expansionPartner closely with Sales on GTM execution, enablement, and pipeline accelerationLead lifecycle marketing programs that improve customer engagement and growthSupport trade shows, customer events, webinars, partner programs, and field marketing initiativesBuild and mentor a high-performing marketing team while managing agency relationshipsHelp shape the overall marketing strategy alongside executive leadershipRequired Qualifications8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experienceProven success leading demand generation and pipeline growthStrong experience in product marketing, positioning, and go-to-market strategyExperience managing performance marketing programs, budgets, and agency partnersDeep understanding of pipeline generation, marketing attribution, CAC, and funnel optimizationExperience partnering closely with Sales leadership in a revenue-focused organizationStrong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsWe're especially interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:Restaurant TechnologyRestaurant POSHospitality TechnologyFinTechPaymentsMerchant ServicesSMB SaaSAdditional experience with Salesforce, modern revenue technology stacks, and partner/channel marketing is highly valued.Who You AreYou're a builder who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and scaling organizations. You know how to balance strategy with execution and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.You understand that great marketing is measured by business outcomes. You're comfortable partnering with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership to build marketing programs that drive pipeline, revenue, customer growth, and long-term success.
