We are entering an exciting growth phase and rebuilding our go-to-market organization to drive scalable revenue growth.About the Job Upserve is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to build and lead our modern revenue marketing engine.Reporting directly to the CRO, this leader will own demand generation, product marketing, positioning, customer marketing, sales enablement, field marketing, and partner marketing while helping establish Upserve as a category leader in restaurant technology.This is a highly strategic, hands-on role for a builder who thrives in fast-moving growth environments.What You'll OwnBuild and scale multi-channel demand generation programsOwn performance marketing across paid search, paid social, SEO, and retargetingDrive pipeline generation, CAC optimization, and marketing attributionLead product marketing, messaging, positioning, and competitive strategyDevelop customer advocacy, case study, and testimonial programsPartner with Sales on enablement, competitive positioning, and GTM executionLaunch lifecycle marketing programs focused on retention and expansionSupport trade shows, webinars, partner programs, and field marketing initiativesBuild and lead the marketing team while managing agency partnersQualificationsRequired8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experienceProven success leading demand generation and pipeline growthStrong product marketing and positioning expertiseExperience managing performance marketing budgets and agenciesDeep understanding of CAC, attribution, funnel metrics, and pipeline generationExperience supporting sales-led go-to-market organizationsStrong communication, storytelling, and leadership skillsPreferredRestaurant technology, hospitality technology, POS, fintech, payments, or SMB SaaS experienceExperience competing in highly competitive software marketsFamiliarity with Salesforce and modern revenue technology stacksExperience with channel, reseller, or partner marketing programsWho You AreYou are a builder who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
