You’ll help shape how Westholme shows up in the world – authentically, creatively and commercially – whilst staying true to the land, people and craft behind the brand.The OpportunityAs Global Senior Brand Manager, you’ll lead the global brand strategy for Westholme - bringing together insight, creativity, and commercial discipline to drive growth across markets.You’ll work at the intersection of food, culture, storytelling, and commerce, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, agency partners, chefs, culinary influencers, and media to deliver brand experiences that resonate deeply with in Chef communities and discerning consumers.This is a highly collaborative, international role, offering genuine scope to influence, build, and leave a lasting imprint on a globally recognised premium brand.How you’ll make an impactShape and evolve strong, distinctive brand strategy grounded in insight, culture, and performanceLead multi‑market brand planning and integrated marketing campaigns across digital, e‑commerce, PR, partnerships, activations, and experientialBring Westholme’s story to life through premium storytelling that connects provenance, nature, and modern culinary culturePartner closely with sales and customer marketing teams to translate brand ambition into commercial outcomes in key strategic marketsLead with confidence and care - coaching, developing, and inspiring high‑performing teamsRepresenting Westholme authentically with chefs, media, cultural partners, and senior stakeholdersAbout YouYou’re a senior brand leader who moves comfortably between big-picture vision and hands-on execution.
