Our company may be 60 years old, but the real growth is just getting started.The RoleThe Sr. Associate Brand Manager will help accelerate growth and expand the leadership position for 30 Seconds, the #1 Outdoor Cleaning brand. They will help define growth strategies and play a critical role in delivering the brand's annual financial results. The ideal candidate is an experienced CPG marketer who brings strong analytical, creative, and cross-functional skills and is ready to take real ownership of a high-priority brand.This role requires strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable business plans. Deep consumer, customer, brand, and category understanding will be essential for success.What You Will DoSupport P&L management and financial analysis to drive profitability and achieve annual financial targetsConduct ongoing analysis of shipment and POS data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop action plans in responseSupport development and execution of advertising, promotional, and media plans in partnership with internal and external resourcesHelp maintain and evolve consumer and customer-facing content, claims, and product benefit communicationLeverage consumer data, macro trends, and category insights to evaluate new product extensions and adjacenciesPartner with innovation and project management teams to bring new products to market on time and on briefAlign brand channel strategy with sales team prioritiesDevelop persuasive sales presentation materials for line reviews and brand initiativesSupport pricing strategy development and alignmentPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. What You Will Bring3-5 years of brand or product management experience in a CPG environmentDemonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong analytical skills, comfortable with shipment data, POS trends, and P&L analysisExperience developing consumer-facing communications, media plans, and sales materialsAbility to influence and drive alignment across a wide range of cross-functional stakeholdersClear, concise communicator, both verbally and in writingExperience supporting new product development with cross-functional partnersBachelor's degree required; MBA a plus Compensation Range$70,100-$110,000Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, location, and relevant education or training.
