All candidates should apply through the official job posting.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.Luxury Marketing ManagerLocation: Ashburn, VirginiaCompany OverviewStep into the world of Exclusive Automotive Group (EAG), the proud parent company representing Aston Martin, Bentley, and Koenigsegg of Washington, D.C., located in the heart of Ashburn, Virginia.We are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly organized Luxury Marketing Manager to help elevate our Aston Martin, Bentley, and Koenigsegg franchises while connecting our brands with discerning luxury and exotic automotive clientele.This role is centered on developing sophisticated, trend-setting marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified automotive buyers, increase vehicle sales, support F&I, service and parts revenue, and further establish EAG as a destination within the luxury and hypercar community.The Luxury Marketing Manager will also cultivate relationships with manufacturers, vendors, luxury brands, community partners, and outside organizations; coordinate marketing-related purchases and collaborations; oversee dealership merchandise inventory; and support exclusive events and select venue opportunities.Exclusive Automotive Group is known for its commitment to excellence within the luxury, exotic, supercar, and hypercar market. We are looking for someone who understands that environment and can bring fresh ideas, strong business judgment, organization, and initiative to our continued growth.Position SummaryAs Luxury Marketing Manager, you will play a leading role in shaping how our dealerships and brands are presented to the market.The ideal candidate understands that luxury automotive marketing extends far beyond traditional advertising. It requires an understanding of the vehicles, the clientele, the ownership experience, the manufacturers, the competitive landscape, and the level of presentation expected when representing world-class automotive marques.You will develop marketing strategies and experiences designed to attract qualified prospects, strengthen relationships with existing clients, support our sales and service departments, and continue building EAG's presence within the luxury automotive community.This is an opportunity for an ambitious automotive marketing professional who enjoys taking ownership, developing new ideas, and seeing those ideas directly influence business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop targeted micro- and macro-marketing strategies designed to reach qualified luxury, exotic, supercar, and hypercar buyers.Create digital and in-person campaigns that generate high-quality leads, showroom traffic, test drives, client engagement, and vehicle sales opportunities.Develop personalized client marketing based on ownership history, interests, lifestyle, vehicle preferences, and purchasing behavior.Create strategic campaigns supporting F&I products, extended warranties, vehicle protection programs, service, parts, and customer retention.Build long-term relationships with existing clients through personalized communication, exclusive opportunities, ownership experiences, and VIP events.Develop partnerships with luxury brands, vendors, businesses, automotive organizations, and community partners that expand EAG's exposure to qualified potential clientele.Plan and support dealership events, vehicle launches, automotive gatherings, networking opportunities, and exclusive client experiences that strengthen the brand and generate meaningful prospects.Support revenue-generating opportunities for EAG's upscale facility, including select corporate meetings and private events, while maintaining the primary focus on automotive sales, client development, and dealership growth.Marketing Asset ManagementManage manufacturer co-op marketing programs, including preparing and submitting required documentation to secure available marketing funds and reimbursements in a timely manner.Oversee marketing budgets and expenditures in accordance with company objectives and manufacturer guidelines.Coordinate marketing vendors, promotional materials, branded merchandise, dealership displays, and inventory to ensure consistent presentation across the organization.Strategic Planning & AnalysisDevelop monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans with clear campaigns, events, budgets, objectives, and projected outcomes.Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve lead generation, customer engagement, retention, and return on investment.Prepare and submit required marketing documentation to Aston Martin, Bentley, and Koenigsegg while maintaining manufacturer brand standards and program requirements.Stay informed on automotive marketing trends, competing dealerships, luxury consumer behavior, emerging platforms, and opportunities within the exotic and hypercar market.Lead ManagementAnalyze lead generation and marketing performance on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.Work closely with dealership leadership, sales teams, and manufacturer representatives to ensure leads are effectively managed and marketing efforts support sales objectives.Monitor manufacturer marketing and lead-management requirements while helping the dealerships maintain strong performance and brand representation.QualificationsBachelor's degree required (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.Marketing experience within the automotive industry is strongly preferred, particularly within luxury automotive, exotic vehicles, supercars, hypercars, motorsports, high-line dealerships, or a closely related automotive environment.Candidates must demonstrate a genuine understanding of the luxury and exotic automotive market, including automotive clientele, dealership operations, branding, competitive positioning, and the expectations associated with high-net-worth customers.Experience in luxury hospitality, events, retail, or other premium industries may be valuable;
