Position / Title: Marketing ManagerDepartment: Marketing and Customer OperationsReports to: Vice President, Marketing and Customer Operations Location: In-office, Sandy Springs | 4 days per week (remote Wednesday)Travel: < 5%Classification: Full-time, exempt (salaried) positionCompensation: $110,000 to $140,000 target range About the RoleAegis Health is hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to own end-to-end marketing functions. The goal is to expand Aegis’s laboratory result interpretation services provided by lab partners and physician practices. This person will be responsible for expanding market access, deepening client engagement, and driving Aegis services demand. This is an execution-heavy role that owns core marketing functions — content, campaigns, brand presence, website optimization, media, and conferences. The manager will partner with the Sales and Account Management teams to fuel the prospect pipeline and to grow installed business. There is flexibility to leverage freelance contractors for specific projects. We are looking for someone who can build strong marketing programs and translate them into quantifiable revenue growth.Core ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute market-expansion initiatives (e.g., channel partner programs, conferences, direct marketing, public relations) to build name recognition and generate demand for interpretation servicesPlan and implement marketing campaigns (e.g., digital, email, direct-to-provider, print)Create and maintain marketing collateral (e.g., sales sheets, case studies, presentations)Own LinkedIn presence and other relevant social media channelsBuild and execute on a recurring content / activity cadence (e.g., campaign calendar)Manage website – maintain accuracy, relevance, and alignment with company services. Improve search engine optimization (SEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO)Develop physician-facing educational materials: presentations, one-pagers, clinical explainersTrack and report on marketing performance (e.g., KPIs, campaign-driven volume). Use information to enhance effectiveness and impact of marketing effortsPartner with Sales and Business Development to support pipeline health, including market intelligence, future partner target lists, and campaign-based outreach to identify prospectsDevelop partnership and channel opportunities (e.g., LIS integrations, referral partners) to expand market accessWork with Account Management (“AM”) to gather client feedback and incorporate success stories into campaigns and materialsDesign and run client engagement and retention programs, in partnership with AM, that support growth within existing accounts (e.g., expanded service lines, increased volume)Draft position papers and thought-leadership content on the value of interpretation services and related clinical topicsSource and manage contract support (e.g., website design, Fiverr), as neededQualifications6+ years of experience, with real ownership of a marketing function or major program, ideally including demand generation, market expansion, and / or client growth campaignsDemonstrated success expanding market access, engaging clients, and growing businessWorking knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative) and basic web CMSStrong writer, able to translate clinical / technical concepts for target audience consumptionSolid consultative and communication skills; comfortable engaging directly with clients, prospects, partners, and internal leadership teamsAbility to gather and translate feedback and trends into market-specific growth strategiesExcellent presentation and communication skills with external and internal partiesComfortable managing freelancers when needed to accelerate productivityHealthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or medtech marketing experience preferredFamiliarity with laboratory workflows, LIS (Laboratory Information Systems) / LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems), and reimbursement fundamentals preferredExperience working with clinical laboratories, CLIA-certified labs, or diagnostic testing services preferredWorking knowledge of pharmacogenomics or molecular diagnostics preferredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferredLimited travel flexibility for conferences or partner site visitsAvailable BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coveragePaid time off and paid holidaysLife and disability insurance
