We believe a more flexible approach to where and how we work empowers each individual to choose what works best for their circumstances, while enabling everyone to perform at their highest level.Beauty Quest Group does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.Your Role:The Marketing Manager for Beauty Quest Group is responsible for executing the strategic development and omnichannel activations for our core portfolio of brands (Rusk, Aquage, and One N’ Only). This role owns the day-to-day execution of global marketing programs to drive growth, market share, and brand equity. This is a hybrid position out of our headquarters in Stamford, CT.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES● Collaborate closely with 360 cross-functional teams across Digital, Social, Sales and Education,providing marketing input and ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.● Conduct category and competitive analyses, identify market trends and consumer insights, andtranslate learnings into strategic business recommendations.● Support the development of campaign briefs and asset lists, coordinating inputs and ensuringalignment across key stakeholders.● Oversee the product claims and packaging artwork approval processes acting as a liaison between Marketing, Creative, Legal, Regulatory, and Claims teams.● Help prepare for distributor and retailer meetings, including developing presentation materials and coordinating key inputs.REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS● Minimum of 5 years experience in Operational Marketing, Global Marketing or Brand Management (beauty or CPG industry strongly preferred).● Minimum of 3 years experience working with retail and trade distribution partners.● An out-of-the-box thinker with a growth mindset, comfortable taking calculated risks and thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.● Fantastic communication and presentation skills, highly organized, and proven ability to multi-task and execute within tight timeframes.● Previous experience with project management using Monday.com is a plus.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
