About The RoleThe Marketing Manager owns integrated demand-generation and lifecycle programs for a technology product, translating market positioning into campaigns that increase qualified pipeline, activation, and retention.The role combines channel execution with performance analysis across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, webinars, and content. It partners with product marketing, sales, design, and revenue operations to move prospects through the funnel and improve conversion at each stage.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and launch multi-channel campaigns across HubSpot or Marketo, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email, webinars, and organic contentBuild campaign briefs, audience segments, messaging, landing pages, nurture journeys, and launch calendars tied to measurable business goalsManage performance reporting in GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems; track CAC, CPL, conversion rates, sourced pipeline, and influenced revenueRun A/B tests across email subject lines, ad creative, landing-page copy, calls to action, and audience targetingDevelop SEO and content programs using tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush to increase qualified organic trafficPartner with sales and revenue operations to define lead-scoring rules, improve MQL-to-opportunity conversion, and maintain clean campaign attributionManage agency and vendor relationships, campaign budgets, and quarterly performance reviews while communicating recommendations to marketing leadershipWhat We Are Looking For3-6 years of experience in B2B or B2C technology marketing, with ownership of demand generation, growth, or integrated campaignsHands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and advertising platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign ManagerDemonstrated ability to build and optimize campaigns that contribute to pipeline, product adoption, revenue, or customer retentionStrong working knowledge of email marketing, paid acquisition, SEO/SEM, content strategy, lifecycle marketing, and conversion-rate optimizationExcellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver campaigns on scheduleBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience marketing SaaS, developer tools, AI, cloud infrastructure, or other technical products; familiarity with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or marketing attribution platforms
