About The RoleThe Marketing Manager owns integrated demand-generation and brand programs for a technology business, translating product positioning into campaigns that increase awareness, qualified pipeline, and customer growth.The role combines strategy with hands-on execution across marketing automation, paid media, SEO/SEM, content, and lifecycle channels. It partners with sales, product, and creative teams to build a measurable funnel and improve performance from first touch through conversion.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and launch multi-channel campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, organic search, webinars, and content syndicationBuild campaign briefs, messaging, landing pages, nurture sequences, and launch calendars in collaboration with product, sales, and creative teamsManage marketing automation and CRM workflows using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or comparable toolsDefine channel KPIs and analyze performance in GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM reporting to optimize CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline contributionDevelop and maintain the content and editorial calendar across website, blog, case studies, email, and social channelsRun A/B tests on audience segments, creative, offers, landing pages, and messaging; document learnings and scale effective programsManage agency and vendor relationships, campaign budgets, and executive reporting on marketing performanceWhat We Are Looking For3-6 years of experience in B2B or B2C technology marketing, with ownership of demand generation, lifecycle, or integrated campaignsHands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, web analytics, and paid media platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign ManagerDemonstrated ability to connect marketing activity to qualified leads, pipeline, revenue, or customer acquisition outcomesStrong working knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, conversion-rate optimization, content strategy, and social media marketingExcellent written communication, campaign planning, and cross-functional project-management skillsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience marketing SaaS, developer tools, data platforms, cybersecurity, or other technical products; familiarity with Looker, Tableau, Outreach, or intent-data platforms
