Position SummaryThe Marketing Manager leads the firm's marketing strategy and drives business growth through effective, compliant marketing initiatives. This role oversees branding, digital marketing, advertising, client events, lead generation, and advisor support while partnering closely with executive leadership. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of marketing experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of financial services marketing compliance.Base Pay: $70,000 - $90,000REQUIRED: Onsite role near Tiffany Springs, MO (please refrain from applying if not living locally to the Kansas City, MO area)ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the firm's overall marketing strategy.Lead campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, radio, television, and events.Oversee branding and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.Manage seminars, workshops, webinars, and client events.Track campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing ROI.Collaborate with advisors and leadership to support business development.Manage marketing vendors, budgets, and project timelines.Ensure all marketing materials comply with financial industry regulations and internal compliance requirements.Qualifications5–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or another regulated industry.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, campaign management, and lead generation.Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Experience with CRM systems and marketing platforms.Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to financial services marketing.Success in This RoleMarketing campaigns generate qualified leads and support firm growth.Brand messaging remains professional, consistent, and compliant.Marketing initiatives are delivered on time and produce measurable results.Marketing efforts contribute to increased client engagement and business development.
