Large Manufacturing Company located in the Toledo Ohio area is looking for a Marketing ManagerJOB DUTIESCreate integrated marketing plans (digital, print, tradeshow, and direct) aligned with company growth objectives across all business segments.Develop product launch marketing campaigns, increase online lead generation through a robust conversion program, and oversee the corporate website's brand look, feel, and content.Manage content refreshes to products, technology, and use cases onlineDevelop a lead-generating tradeshow strategy, support and improve the CRM system, and establish a robust social media presenceLead the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement across all three of the company’s divisionsPartner closely with Sales, Product Management, and third-party vendors to bring the company’s products to market effectively and support the company's continued growth.REQUIRED Bachelor's degree.5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B manufacturing, industrial, or aerospace environment.Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and tradeshow/event programs.Experience with digital marketing tools (website CMS, email marketing, marketing automation, analytics platforms).Experience with CRM development and improvement.
