About ZendrZendr is a fast paced, technology-driven logistics company making shipping effortless for small and mid-sized businesses. Through a single, user-friendly platform, our customers manage the full freight workflow in one place — comparing carrier prices, booking shipments, tracking deliveries and handling exceptions, across both domestic and international freight. DHL, PostNord, UPS and the other leading carriers sit in the same system, giving customers competitive rates without needing transport contracts of their own.We are more than a software provider. Customers also get an in-house team behind them that resolves issues, optimises shipping flows and handles the hard parts — customs, delivery problems, process improvements. The offering rests on three pillars: a simple all-in-one platform, competitive freight agreements across all major carriers, and support that combines technology with human expertise. Our customers are mainly in manufacturing, wholesale distribution and services — companies where shipping is business critical but where there is rarely an internal logistics department. We started in 2020 and are around 70 people today, serving more than 2,000 customers and handling roughly 700,000 shipments a year. We have grown about 60 percent a year, profitably. Sweden is our core market, where we keep taking share, while Nordic expansion is already underway and further Northern European markets are under evaluation. Since 2025 Copilot Capital is our majority owner, backing the next phase of taking Zendr from a Swedish leader to a pan European champion. Why we are hiringTo support our growth plans and our international expansion, we are now taking the next step with marketing and branding. That means both raising the pace of what we do today and building a stronger brand ahead of new markets.Today we work with an external partner for content and advertising. This role is a step in that acceleration — and the first step towards a marketing team of our own. You get unusual room to operate: you own the plan, steer the external partners, and work shoulder to shoulder with sales and management. The potential to grow, both in the role and in the company, is significant. What you will doOwn the marketing plan and budget — what we do, in what order and what it should deliver. Track results and ROI, and report to the management team.Lead and coordinate our external partners, suppliers and freelancers: briefs, priorities, follow-up and quality.Operate Zendr’s marketing AI tools to create content, update website, launch campaigns for paid acquisition and track marketing ROI.Coordinate our paid channels on Google, LinkedIn and Meta, steering them towards leads and revenue — not clicks.Drive the ongoing content production: landing pages, customer cases, newsletters, LinkedIn and web. Some of it you do yourself, some you commission — you decide what is fastest.Use AI tools in both production and analysis, and keep evaluating new ones that can raise the pace and the quality of our marketing.Own the brand and how we look and sound across every channel.Work closely with the sales team. Feed the inbound pipeline, build material that supports their conversations, and track in HubSpot what actually converts.Who we think you areYou have four to seven years of B2B marketing experience, ideally from SaaS or tech. You already work with AI tools day to day — both to produce (copy, image, video, landing pages) and to analyse (campaign results, data, audience and customer insight). You have your own drive to stay current, test new tools and bring them into the work when they hold up. This is one of the most important requirements in the role. You have experience working with paid acquisition in channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta. You have broad digital skills and work data-driven — you set KPIs, follow up, and draw conclusions from what you see.You have experience collaborating with external agencies and suppliers. You move easily between strategy and hands-on execution, and are used to taking ownership without daily supervision. You are fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written. Both are required. You want to grow. There is no ceiling here — do this well and the next step is building the team and the function. You do not need a logistics background. B2B marketing experience matters more — we will teach you the industryNice to haveHubSpot or equivalent marketing automationSEO and content that actually ranksBrand building in a growth company or startup environmentExperience building a marketing function and hiring into itMarketing across several Nordic marketsA degree in marketing, business or communicationsWhat we offerThe freedom to shape the marketing function from the ground up in a fast-growing, profitable company — with an owner backing that growth.Wellness allowance, pension and insurance.Office at Frösundaviks allé in Solna. We work office first — but with a high degree of personal ownership and flexibility.Short path to decisions. You report to the CEO/CRO and work directly with sales, product and management.
