This role develops and executes marketing strategies that are aligned with business objectives and priorities to engage customers and prospects in meaningful marketing touchpoints, increase brand awareness and help grow the business.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns rooted in account-based marketing (ABM) principles.Plan, manage, and optimizemulti-channel digital campaigns to drive account engagement, pipeline and business growth.Oversee campaign content strategy, audience segmentation, account targeting, personalization efforts, develop campaign content and ensure consistent messaging and branding.Regularly analyze campaign performance; optimize based on data insightsCoordinate with cross-functional teams for asset creationOversee business-funded media buys, sponsored event communications, and campaign investments to maximize performance and ROI.Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports, account engagement insights, recommendations and updates with stakeholders.Implement global campaigns ensuring messaging resonates in NORAM, aligns with business objectives, and delivers measurable KPIs.Partner with Events, Communications, and Business Development teams to ensure campaign events, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities align with the overall campaign strategy.Oversee the development of campaign materials for DHL external events, including customer/target invitations, landing pages, event emails, social postsCoordinate with relevant departments to deliver both regional and global customer-facing programs.Coordinate speaking opportunities with customers as directedResolve cross-functional blockers; escalate systemic issues and ensure alignment with internal team and global teams.Own program budgets within remit (forecasting, spend tracking, and optimization); approve channel and campaign plans and creative within brand governance; set KPI targets and recommend continuous improvement, optimization, or retirement decisions.Leverage marketing technologies, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve campaign planning, personalization, operational efficiency, and performance.Required Education And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or work experience equivalent, required7-10 years of professional marketing experience/business experience, required5-7 years of marketing/communications agency experience, preferredTransportation/Logistics industry background and/or business unit industry experience, preferredDemonstrated expertise in strategic marketing planning and execution, digital marketing and social media campaign management, requiredExcellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering impactful marketing initiatives, requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, requiredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, requiredAbility to design and implement marketing and/or communications strategies that support enterprise growth, requiredExcellent writing and content creation skills for social, email, and campaign materials, preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing platforms, requiredCollaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, requiredOur Organization has a business casual environment and focuses on teamwork, associate development, training, and continuous improvement.
