Department: MarketingLocation: EMEA-DenmarkDescriptionAs Marketing Manager Nordics, you will be responsible for developing and executing the assigned marketing plan for the country in line with company strategy to deliver the objectives. You will report into the Senior Marketing Manager for Nordics. You will be based in Copenhagen, with regular travel within the market.Role expectationsProactively represent the country and our customers providing insights and analytics for new product & global strategy development.Focusing on end-to-end excellence for the products and have the ability to see the big picture for opportunitiesUse analytics and insights (including campaign ROI, customer reimbursement and competition) to support execution of the marketing planBuild KOL network (speakers, key customers, institutions) & relationship maintenance to support execution of the planDevelopment of key market insights and analytics to successfully execute effective plansDrive and own communication as part of a multi-disciplinary team to drive and execute the marketing planIdentify and champion local growth opportunities in addition to the regional planCross functional coordination with Sales and Finance teams to support business growthWork cross-functionally with the regional and local marketing team members; in developing an idea and gaining support from all stakeholdersTrain and educate country stakeholders on required aspects of brand + brand strategy including development of training collateralUtilize digital communication platforms to deliver planWhat We're Looking For4+ of relevant experience in B2B or healthcare marketing, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industryBachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing/businessTo work independently and have strong stakeholder management skillsProactive problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailResults oriented with a strategic mindsetExcellent written and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookFluent in EnglishFluent in Danish or SwedishApplicant Privacy PolicyReview our Applicant Privacy Policyfor additional information.Equal Opportunity StatementAlign Technology is an equal opportunity employer.
