If you've honed your skills at dynamic companies or have experience working with lifestyle brands at marketing agencies, and you're passionate about leveraging marketing to tell compelling stories that resonate and inspire action, we want you.About the RoleThe Senior Manager Digital Media & Performance Marketing will lead the optimization, budgets, and measurement of performance marketing and ad content collection programs in partnership with global ad agencies to drive qualified, converting traffic to the DTC business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ad bidding direct in channels, as well as experience in ad agency account management as a client or senior account manager.You will be responsible for a high visibility portion of the business and coordinate programs related to paid ad placements on Meta, Google, DSP and retargeting channels. This role requires experience analysis of advertising data, ad content creative direction, customer segmentation, ad targeting, and A/B testing. You will identify and improve critical key performance indicators and translate data learnings into strategy actions to continually improve engagement, ROAS, and reach of paid ad investments that will directly support marketing campaigns, product priorities, and revenue.This role requires leadership experience owning paid ad budgets to include establishing annual spend, tracking spend to target, and adjustments to spend per channel based on fiscal results. Monthly and quarterly summarizations of ad investment performance to executive leadership are expected to ensure goals are accomplished and ad spend is aligned with business objectives.In addition to managing paid ad investments, you will coordinate the collection and organization of content to be used in paid ad campaigns. You will have frequent collaboration with a wide range of internal and external content contribution sources and facilitate collection and sharing of assets to be used in paid ad campaigns. As a strong communicator you will use your ability to articulate optimizations of content based on performance data and brand standards to a diverse range of content creators.The ideal candidate combines hands-on performance marketing expertise with strong communication and organization capabilities. You will be the hub of advertising, creative, influencer, and content development efforts and ensure critical ad projects remain aligned to high level business goals, stay within budget, and contribute to revenue goals.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn performance marketing strategy, execution, testing, optimization, and reporting across paid channels.Directly manage ad agency campaigns and budgets across common platforms including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, and emerging channels.Lead content assessment and creative optimization efforts, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, click-through, conversion, and ROAS.Establish test roadmaps for creative concepts, audience targeting, promotions, and awareness campaigns.Build and execute strategies that leverage product launches, seasonal opportunities, in person events, influencer relationships, partnerships.Serve as a cross team program manager between multiple agency partners, ensuring alignment, execution quality, accountability, and continuous optimization.Analyze and simplify for wide sharing performance KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, ROAS, AOV, revenue, customer acquisition cost, profitability, and LTV.Leverage strong communication skills to ensure cross team awareness of performance marketing learnings, tests, and goals.Qualifications8+ years of increasing leadership experience in performance marketing or similar paid ad roles.Demonstrated success managing paid media budgets and delivering measurable growth to ecommerce.Strong understanding of DTC models, ecommerce CRO, customer acquisition funnels, and retargeting.Experience operating within or alongside ad agencies, with a strong understanding of agency workflows, campaign operations, creative development processes, billing, budget allocation, and revenue reporting.Proven experience managing agency relationships and coordinating complex digital projects.Expertise in online campaign measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or dedicated in-house performance marketing software.Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization methodologies and experimentation frameworks.Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance across KPIs and business goals simultaneously.Experience developing performance marketing creative briefs, content gap analysis, and copy direction.Strong communication and collaboration, with positive reinforcement based people management skills.Comfortable operating independently with significant ownership, accountability, and decision-making.Benefits of Working At Zepp Health:Competitive salary, Vacation day, sick day and a remote-friendly cultureHealth insurance, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, life insurance401K & MatchingYear-end Bonus payOther BenefitsWe are an Equal Opportunity employer and welcomes everyone to our team.
